1. Purchases and Payments

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payments via most credit cards, PayPal and bank transfer.

Is it safe to shop on your site?

Yes, we use advanced security systems to protect our customers' data.

Can I cancel or change my order?

We understand it perfectly, we change our minds too! While we wish we could, once an order has been placed, we are unable to cancel it at this time.

While it is possible to modify the order before it goes into production by contacting our support.

We hope to have a cancellation window someday in the future. If the items do not work, please be sure to exchange them for a preferred style or return them for a refund.

We remind you that the return shipping is paid by the Customer.

Do you offer installment payments?

We do not currently offer installment payments, but we are working to include this option in the future.

What if I wanted to talk to some of you?

We want to talk to you too! Contact us with any questions, concerns or feedback. We will be sure to reply to you within 48 hours. However, please note that requests sent on Friday will be responded to the following Monday, as soon as possible.

Is it possible to get an invoice for my purchase?

We usually attach a receipt to the shipment, but when ordering you can specify that you want an invoice and we will take care of providing a detailed invoice for each purchase made on our site.

2. Shipping and Delivery

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, we ship worldwide.

What are the delivery times?

Standard shipping normally takes 2-5 days. Next day shipping is available on all domestic orders (for an additional fee). International shipping times depend on products and destination (estimated at checkout).

Can I track my order?

Yes, once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email and will be able to track your shipment.

How much is shipping?

Shipping costs vary depending on the destination and weight of the package. You can calculate the costs during checkout.

What should I do if my order arrives damaged?

If your order arrives damaged, contact us immediately and we will replace it or refund you.

Our works are created by carefully selected artists, using high quality materials.

2️⃣ Can I request a customization of a work?

Yes, we offer customization services upon request. Certainly only where possible, certainly not on unique silk canvases.

Some works are one-of-a-kind pieces, while others are limited editions.

4️⃣ Which artists are represented on Mycromart?

We represent a selection of already very established artists, but also emerging ones in different styles and genres.

5️⃣ How can I find out more about the artists?

Each artist has a dedicated page on our site with biography and portfolio of works.

4. Returns and Refunds

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, as long as the product is in original condition.

When will I receive the refund?

Your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receiving your return.

How can I initiate a return?

To initiate a return, contact our customer service via email or phone.

Are there costs for returns?

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is defective or damaged.

Can I exchange a product?

Yes, it is possible to exchange a product for another of equal value within 14 days of delivery, provided that you initiate the return procedure and specify a plausible reason for the exchange.

How can I contact customer service?

Our customer service is available from Monday to Friday, from 9:00 to 18:00.

Do you offer assistance in choosing artworks?

Yes, our team of experts is available to help you choose the perfect work for you. Furthermore, you can send us a photo of the space you would like to furnish and we will return the same image to you with the addition of the chosen work.

Can I receive updates on new collections?

Yes, sign up to our newsletter to receive updates on new collections and special offers.

How can I leave a review?

You can leave a review on our site on the page of the product you purchased.
